How to make a return in a few, simple steps?
(1) You have 14 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, that is, your desire to return the purchased products.
(2) Information about your desire to return purchased products can be sent to us in any way you choose, such as:

3. within 14 days of informing us of the return, please send back the product(s) at your expense. Shipping address: GEMKIBO Sp. Z o. o., Online store warehouse. Genała Władysława Andersa street 38/lok 804, 15 - 113. Białystok.
4 Please include our GEMKIBO RETURN FORM with your package. Please pack the goods/assortment/product in a safe way to protect it from damage in transit. We will be pleased if you use the original product protection - packaging for this purpose.
5 We will refund your money within 14 days of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of return from you.
(6) Products sold in sealed packages are not returnable if they have been unsealed by the Customer. A return may also be refused by Us if it turns out that the products have been stored contrary to the recommendations, which has affected their properties.

How to make a complaint in our online store?

(2) If you prepare the letter of complaint on your own, it is recommended to specify in the description of the complaint:
a. order number and a fiscal receipt or invoice;
b. information and circumstances relating to the circumstances of the complaint, in particular the date of disclosure of non-conformity of the goods

c. the desired method of resolving the complaint: replacement or cash refund.

e. the address where you can possibly pick up the goods - this will make it easier and faster for us to process the complaint.

Filing a complaint

To file a claim, follow the steps below:

Fill out the return/complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or mailing address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Sending back the product

When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. The costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal, return, or complaint are borne by the customer (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, Art. 43d sec. 10). If the complaint is accepted, the seller undertakes to cover all costs related to the transport and return of the goods.

Return of goods
According to the applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product(s):
